1. TO ENTER: To enter, simply log on to www.StarsintheAlley.com between 12 am ET May 20, 2007 and 11:59 pm ET June 3, 2007 and participate in the online voting for the Fan Favorite play and musical. If you enter your vote, you will be automatically be entered into the sweepstakes. You can repeat the online poll as many times as you would like. Limit one qualifying entry per person and per email address and per household. Only an email address subscribed to and registered in an entrant’s name may be used by such entrant.
2. ELIGIBILITY: The sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the Continental United States who are 18 years of age or older as of May 20, 2007, and who supply the requested information. Sweepstakes not open to employees, and their families, of the Sponsor or any of its respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising agencies, participating sponsor or any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the sweepstakes (collectively the “Affiliated Parties”). This offer is void wherever prohibited, and subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations.
3. RANDOM DRAWING: One (1) Grand Prize winner and two (2) Runners-up will be selected by Sponsor in a random drawing on or about June 4, 2007 from among all eligible entries received. Decisions of the Sponsor are final and binding. Odds of winning will depend on number of eligible entries received. Selected entrant will be notified by email at the address provided.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive the following prize: $1,000 Continental Airline flight voucher (travel arrangements must be made by the winner); two (2) tickets to the Broadway show of the winners choice (subject to availability); one (1) consecutive night in a Times Square hotel (hotel chosen solely by the Sponsor, standard room/double occupancy). Hotel and show tickets must be used by December 31, 2007. Flight voucher is valid for one year from date of issue. Total Approximate Retail Value of the Prize is $2,000. General restrictions: If winner is unable to travel within the time period required, the prize will be forfeited. Trip subject to availability and blackout dates. All expenses and incidental travel costs not expressly stated in the package description above, including but not limited to, ground transportation, food and beverages, personal charges at lodging, security fees, taxes gratuities, or other expenses or incidentals are the sole responsibility of winner. Travel companion must be 18 years of age or older as of the date of departure and must travel on same itinerary and at the same time as the winner. Runners-Up Prizes: Two (2) runners-up will each receive one (1) pair of tickets to a Broadway show of the winner’s choice. Tickets and shows will be subject to availability. 5. GENERAL: By entering this sweepstakes, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of the judges, which are final on all matters relating to this sweepstakes. Selected entrant will have five days to respond and return an affidavit of eligibility and release. In the event selected entrant does not respond satisfactorily within five days, selected entrant will forfeit entrant’s opportunity, and an alternate entrant will be chosen. If winner is unwilling or unable to accept the prize under the conditions set forth in the Official Rules, an alternate winner may be selected. Prize is nontransferable and substitution is not allowed except by the Sponsor who reserves the right to award a prize of equal or greater value. All federal, state and local taxes, if any, related to a prize are the responsibility of the winner. Prize will not be awarded until affidavit of eligibility as well as publicity and liability release forms are completed and returned. Acceptance of prize constitutes permission of winner’s to his or her names, voice and likeness/image for promotional advertising, publicity or trade purposes in any and all media worldwide in perpetuity by Sponsor and Affiliated Parties without further compensation except where prohibited by law. Sponsor and the Affiliated Parties are not responsible for illegible, incomplete, late, lost, damaged, destroyed, incorrect, delayed or misdirected entries. Sponsor and its Affiliated Parties are not responsible for computer, telephone, cable network, electronic or Internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability or garbled or jumbled transmissions, viruses, failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications, or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the sweepstakes which may limit the ability to participate, or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entry for the sweepstakes. Sponsor and Affiliated Parties are not responsible for Internet/web site/use, net accessibility or availability, traffic congestion or unauthorized human intervention, or for any damage to user’s system occasioned by participating in the sweepstakes or downloading any necessary information. By participating in this sweepstakes, entrants and winner release and forever discharge Sponsor, the Affiliated Parties and their respective parents, shareholders, partners, interest holders, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, authorized representatives, employees, advertising agencies from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from participation in this sweepstakes and/or acceptance or use of any prize, including, without limitation, for personal injury, damage, loss or death, and claims based on publicity rights, defamation, or invasion of privacy. In the event of a dispute about entries submitted by multiple individuals using the same email account, entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized subscriber of the email account used to enter the sweepstakes at the actual time of entry. The authorized email account subscriber is deemed to be the natural person who is assigned an email address by an Internet-access provider, an online-service provider or another organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses or the domain associated with the submitted email address. If the Sweepstakes is not capable of being conducted as described in these Official Rules, Sponsor shall have the right, at its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes. 7. NAME OF THE WINNER: For the name of the winner, send a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Fan Favorite Sweepstakes c/o League of American Theatres & Producers, Inc. 226 West 47th Street, 6th Floor, New York, NY 10036 available after June 4, 2007 and before June 30, 2007.
