Community Engagement Forms

In an effort to encourage conversations between Touring Broadway show representatives and local venue education leadership, the League’s Audience Engagement Committee has created two standardized forms.

The Available Options Form enables shows to provide venues with community engagement options that the cast and/or production can offer, allowing venues to subsequently choose those that are best suited for their community.

Based on the responses indicated on the Available Options Form posted on the show’s online marketing site, the Request Form is for the venue to complete and return to the Show Representative, indicating which activities the venue would like to implement.

The Audience Engagement Committee has developed a list of terms used in related programs in an effort to assist members to use the correct terminology or understand the differences between various kinds of workshops, talk-backs, etc.

Grant Recipient Program Databank

In October 2004, the League's Education Committee unveiled a new user-friendly database of members' education initiatives from around the country. We hope this Program Bank will enable our members to share their ideas with colleagues in different markets and learn what others are doing.

Access the Program Databank. Check back periodically for updated program submissions.
