Kids’ Night on Broadway® Returns This Summer with 18 Participating Shows on Tuesday, August 19, 2025

Kids 18 and under attend a show for FREE when accompanied by a full-paying adult

Kids' Night on Broadway® is set to return to New York City this summer on Tuesday, August 19, 2025, with a selection of 18 participating Broadway shows. A program of The Broadway League, Kids’ Night on Broadway allows anyone 18 and under to attend a participating Broadway show for free when accompanied by a full-paying adult. Tickets will be available for purchase at a later date. To be the first to know when tickets go on sale, sign up for The Broadway Fan Club at KidsNightonBroadway.com. (Minimum age of 13 years to join the free Fan Club).

This summer, Kids’ Night on Broadway ticketholders are invited to come to Duffy Square in Times Square, at 46th Street and Broadway, on Tuesday, August 19th from 4:30pm – 6:15pm. Families can take part in fun activities, meet cast members from their favorite shows, and the first 500 people to show their Kids’ Night on Broadway ticket will be able to receive a tote bag and a freshly baked treat from Krispy Kreme. While supplies last.

Kids’ Night on Broadway is celebrated with in-theatre activities including talkbacks, sing-alongs, art projects, Kids’ Night on Broadway activity books, and more. In addition, 18 restaurants in the Theatre District and the Museum of Broadway will offer exclusive deals for Kids' Night on Broadway ticketholders on Tuesday, August 19th, including free kids’ meals with the purchase of an adult entree, encouraging families to enjoy a full evening out.

Kids’ Night on Broadway participating restaurants include: Applebee’s (42nd St.), Applebee’s (50th St.), Carnegie Diner and Café (Times Square), Churrascaria Plataforma, Dave & Busters Times Square, Ellen’s Stardust Diner, Glass House Tavern, Hard Rock Cafe, Havana Central, Le Rivage, Pink Taco, Planet Hollywood, Playwright Celtic Pub, Playwright Tavern, Popeyes Chicken, Schnipper’s, Shake Shack (691 8th Ave.), and Sinigual.

All guests attending Kids’ Night on Broadway must have a ticket to the show. The offer is applied as 50% off each ticket when purchased as a pair; no additional ‘free’ tickets are added to orders.

Joining The Broadway Fan Club is free of charge and offers members the opportunity to stay up-to-date with Broadway's current and future happenings. Members will receive occasional Broadway show discount ticket offers, monthly Broadway newsletters, and information about programs such as Kids' Night on Broadway, all from The Broadway League, the official trade association for the Broadway industry. One must be age 13 or up to join the free Fan Club.

Kids’ Night on Broadway will continue to take place throughout the year in multiple cities around the country with different shows and venues providing their own unique approach to the event.
