The Commercial Theater Institute (CTI), in partnership with The Broadway League and TDF, announced the agenda for its 2025 3 Day Intensive, which will take place on November 7-9, 2025, at Studio Seaview.

The 3 Day Intensive is designed for theatre professionals seeking to develop their skills and advance their careers in commercial theater producing. The agenda covers a wide range of topics to build a foundational understanding of the industry.

Topics include The Commercial Theatre Landscape, The Language of Development and Production, Budgets and Contracts, Vocab Session: Co-Producers and Investors, Commercial Off Broadway, Building a Co-Producer Team, Getting The Money Together, Marketing Broadway Shows Today, Marketing Case Study. These sessions will feature some of the industry’s more preeminent producers and managers, offering an unfiltered view of the strategy, business and art behind Broadway and beyond.

“This syllabus reflects CTI’s mission to provide tools and education to the next generation of theatre producers,” said Sue Frost, who co-leads CTI alongside Victoria Bailey. “We are confident that participants will come away with insight into the industry and make meaningful connections with like minded professionals.”
